High Speed Token Ring Switching

Through integrating all common types of networking topology into the switch, Madge have developed a product set that provides the users of Token Ring an affordable way to protect and develop their existing network investments. Integrating and Migrating to Ethernet

Alternately, some Token Ring users are looking towards Ethernet for future network expansion. The amalgamation of the two network topologies requires a device to 'bridge' between them. Bridging is not a new concept in Token Ring, and Madge offers the facility to bridge between Token Ring and Ethernet ports using highly efficient translational switching at both the core network and the workgroup level!
