The Madge Wireless PCI Network Adapter Holder has been designed to enable desktop workstations to be a part of the corporate wireless network environment. Whilst the major benefit of wireless networking is associated with the flexability available to mobile clients, there are also cases where installing wired infrastructure to each desk may be impractical or the cost may be prohibitive. Wireless networking into the desktop can provide a cost-effective solution!

The PCI card from Madge is designed to be permenantly fixed into the PCI slot archetecture found inside standard PC's, and is then simply made capable of secure wireless communication with the company network when a Madge PCMCIA wireless adapter card is plugged into it.
